This is a more atypical quiche, as I did not use dough, but a mixture of eggs and sour cream, but I assure you that the end result will taste very good.

  • - 1 cauliflower
  • - 300g telemea cheese
  • - 300ml sour cream
  • - 5 organic eggs
  • - a dill tie
  • - sea salt
  • - pepper
  • - a tablespoon of butter

Servings: 8

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Quiche with cauliflower and cheese:

Peel a squash, grate it and boil it in salted water until soft. Drain the cauliflower and pass it with a fork.

Separately mix eggs with chopped cheese, sour cream and finely chopped dill.

Mix the cauliflower with the egg and cheese mixture and season with salt and pepper. Be careful with the salt because the cheese is already salty.

Grease a pan with folding walls, pour the mixture into the pan and place in the preheated oven (190 degrees) for about 30 minutes, until the dough is compact and acquires a copper color.

Cauliflower With Cheese

1. Heat the oven. Cut the cauliflower and boil in a pan of boiling salted water for 8 minutes, until soft. Drain well and put in a large pan, along with green onions and dehydrated tomatoes.

2. Heat the cheese sauce in a saucepan, then pour over the cauliflower.

3. Add the thyme leaves, breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese together in a bowl. Spread over the top of the cauliflower cheese, then put in the oven for 5 minutes, until golden brown.

4. It can be served as a side dish next to grilled pork chops or sausages.

Method of preparation:

We clean the cauliflower from the leaves, wash it and unwrap it in small bouquets. Melt the Ghee butter in a pan, then add the cauliflower. Season with salt. Fry the cauliflower for a few minutes.

Then add the milk, cover the pan with a lid and simmer. Then add the sour cream and leave the cauliflower on the fire until it softens.

Then put everything in a blender, add butter and mix until smooth. If necessary, add more salt. Season with a nutmeg tip. Good appetite and increase cooking!

Cauliflower puree with cream cheese


  • 2 medium-sized cauliflowers
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon liquid cream for cooking
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream, nutmeg, salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Green dill

Method of preparation:

Unwrap the cauliflower in bunches, rinse it and put it in a pot. Add water and salt and cover the pot with a lid. Cook the cauliflower over low heat until soft.

Remove the cauliflower from the pot, using a slotted spoon. Put it in a blender and mix it. Add cream cheese, liquid cream, sour cream and season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.

Mix enough to combine the ingredients. Finally, add a little green dill, washed and finely chopped. Good appetite and increase cooking!

Cauliflower puree with carrot


  • 2 tablespoons Ghee butter
  • 1/2 cauliflower capatana
  • 1-2 carrots, 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 onion, 3/4 cup chicken or vegetable soup
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Method of preparation:

First, we prepare the ingredients. We unwrap the cauliflower in the bouquets and wash it. We clean the carrots and cut them into small cubes, we do the same with onions. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.

Heat the butter in a saucepan with a thick bottom, over medium heat. Add the onion and cook for about 2 minutes, then add the cauliflower, carrots, garlic, onion and chicken or vegetable soup. Season with salt and pepper.

When the vegetables start to boil, reduce the heat and cover the pan with a lid. Boil the vegetables for about 20 minutes, until soft. If necessary, add more water.

Then put the cooked vegetables in a blender and mix until smooth. Taste the puree and add salt and pepper, if necessary. Serve the hot cauliflower puree. Good appetite!

Cauliflower puree with coconut cream


  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1 tablespoon coconut cream
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Method of preparation:

We unwrap the cauliflower in the bouquets and wash it. Then put it in a pot of water and boil it until it is half soft (so as not to absorb too much water).

Peel the garlic cloves, cut them into slices and fry them in a pan (we can add a little oil).

Remove the cauliflower from the water, drain it well, then put it in a bowl. Add garlic, coconut milk cream, salt and pepper. Mix until you get a puree with a smooth consistency.

Before serving, we can sprinkle ground pepper and olive oil on top. Good appetite and increase cooking!

Macaroni with cheese sauce and Cauliflower

Remove the cauliflower leaves and discard. Cut the cauliflower into small bunches. The spine is cut into thin slices.

Grate Gouda and Parmesan cheese, and finely chop the parsley.

Boil the macaroni and cauliflower in salted water, according to the instructions on the package.

Baked cauliflower with cheese

The cauliflower is washed well and broken into small bunches. There are two ways to cook cauliflower: 1. using a steam oven: the small bunches of cauliflower are steamed for 20 minutes 2. by boiling: 20-25 minutes

When ready, strain the cauliflower and place in a large bowl. Pass with a fork.

In another bowl, beat the eggs well and then add the cauliflower. The telemeau is also passed with a fork and together with the chopped dill, salt and pepper, it is added over the cauliflower.

Mix all the ingredients well and put in a baking dish or a tall hyena bowl. Put in the preheated oven at 180 degrees and let it brown for about 20 minutes. Serve with fresh sour cream. Delicious!

Cauliflower with cheese

1. To make the sauce: Melt the butter in the pan, add the flour and mix until you get a paste. Remove from the heat, add a little milk and beat well until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.

2. Put back on the heat and gradually add the rest of the milk. Add the bay leaf and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring.

3. Add the green onions to the sauce and cook for two minutes. Remove the bay leaf. Stir in the mustard, a little nutmeg and Cheddar cheese.

4. Prepare a tray in which to place the cauliflower. Pour the sauce over the cauliflower, place the tomatoes, bread crumbs and Parmesan on top.

5. Place the tray on the grill for 5 minutes and season the cauliflower with the cheese with a little pepper.

1 large cauliflower, spread in large bunches, about 1 kg.
8 cherry tomatoes cut in half
a handful of bread crumbs
2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
black pepper
For the sauce:
60g butter
60g flour
600ml milk
a bay leaf
4 green onions, chopped
English mustard
freshly ground nutmeg
150g Cheddar cheese, shaved

Cauliflower and broccoli with cheese from Jamie Oliver

Learn how to prepare a delicious recipe for cauliflower, broccoli and cheese that even the little ones will devour. The idea is Jamie Oliver's, but that doesn't mean it can't be prepared by you.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees, medium heat. Peel and thinly slice the garlic and fry over medium heat in butter. When the butter has melted, add the flour and then gradually the milk, stirring constantly. Add the broccoli bunches to the sauce and simmer for about 20 minutes, until soft. Use a blender and pass the whole mixture. You can add a little milk to have a softer composition. Grate half of the Cheddar cheese and season to taste.

Put the cauliflower in a yena bowl or other deeper baking dish. Pour the thick broccoli and cheese sauce over the bunches. Laugh above the rest of Cheddar.

Grind the bread finely in a blender or food processor, then add the almonds and thyme and drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, mix well and pour over the cauliflower, broccoli and cheese.

Bake for about an hour, or until the cauliflower is well cooked with the broccoli sauce and Cheddar cheese.
