WINGS MARINED IN BEER

What could be more fascinating than eating some wings with your hand until you lick your fingers… If there are some wings marinated in beer, you will not stop until the last bit.

ingredients:

  • 800 gr. chicken wings
  • 200 ml. beer
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 pc. ginger (1 cm.)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons barbeque sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste

For a start I cut the wings and removed the tips.

I greased them with a drop of olive oil then I added the garlic and ginger given on the small grater. I mixed the barbeque sauce with honey, mustard and soy sauce and then I added the composition over the wings, mixing them in such a way as to taste every bit.

I poured the beer glass over them, covered the bowl with plastic wrap and left them in the fridge for 4 hours.

It's time to take them out to put them in the greased pan with a tablespoon of oil. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

I put them in the oven heated to 180 ° for 15 minutes when I take out the tray and grease them with a layer of barbeque sauce mixed with mustard and a spoonful of marinade in which they were refrigerated.

I repeat the operation after a quarter of an hour and let them brown evenly.

After 40 minutes in the oven, the wings marinated in beer are extremely tasty and melt in your mouth.

You need:

Method of preparation:

STORY
Prague is also famous for its beer, around which it has developed an entire culture, not least culinary. This beer recipe is made with a gala element, adored by gourmets - the sensational liver dumplings, the unique replica of the Czechs with foie gras. It's just that bohemian goose liver is not used in Bohemia, but veal liver.
INGREDIENTS
300 gr veal liver
1 slice of dry bread
100 ml of milk
1 small onion finely chopped
2 teaspoons chopped green parsley
3 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
50 gr butter
500 ml beef soup
500 ml of beer
METHOD OF PREPARATION
The bread is soaked in milk, then drained and broken / cut into very small pieces, which are lightly mixed with the onion hardened in butter until it has become translucent. The veal liver is finely chopped by hand or by machine, then it is integrated into the composition together with the beaten eggs, parsley and salt. The final composition is kept cold for 60 minutes, then the dumplings are formed and rolled in flour mixed with breadcrumbs. 500 gr red beans

Pancakes with kefir - simple recipe
