It’s spring time, and the weather has been a treat in London. Let the mojito contest begin! You’ll be the go to person for birthday celebration all year round.

Ingredients

  • 1 lime, quartered
  • 11 mint leaves
  • 7 strawberries
  • 1 1/2 Ounce white rum / dark rum
  • 1 Tablespoon caster sugar (or superfine sugar)
  • 8 cupfuls of crushed ice
  • Club soda

  • 30 cl of water
  • a handful of ice cubes
  • a glass of lemon juice (1/2 lemon juice)
  • A few mint leaves
  • a handful of strawberries (you can use slightly damaged strawberries for this so you don’t have to throw them away)
  • 1 teaspoon of Zùsto
  • 1 slice of lemon
  • a few slices of fresh ginger (to spice it up)
  1. Mix all the ingredients together except the ice.
  2. Leave to infuse for 10 minutes.
  3. Pour into a cocktail glass with crushed ice or a few ice cubes.

  • 30 cl of water
