Wash the potatoes well under running water and boil them in their skins.

We boil them at the right heat, only for three quarters, not at all.

When they are cooked, drain the water and leave them to cool a bit.

When they are bearable, as long as we hold them in our hand, we peel them and dig out their core carefully, so as not to break them.

Season with a little pepper.

We put the cheese on the grater with large mesh and put it in a bowl.

Over, we put the milk and a little of the potato core, crushed with a fork (so not the whole core).

We turn all the ingredients well, and with this composition we fill the potatoes.

We take a tray and put baking paper.

Place the potatoes in the pan, and sprinkle a little dried dill on top.

We put the pieces of butter between the potatoes.

Put the tray in the hot oven and leave them until they catch a golden crust, about 20 minutes.

When they are ready, we take them out and serve them plain or as a garnish, with a grill, a steak.

Good appetite!!!!

How do we make the best filling for this dish?

The recipe for stuffed sweet potatoes is a Mexican-inspired one, so I chose to use a can of Texas mix Bonduelle Gold. It contains a mixture of sweet corn kernels and red beans and is absolutely perfect in this recipe. I added onions, garlic, fresh tomatoes and a little greenery. You can use parsley or coriander, whichever you like best. Obviously you can add any ingredients you want to this filling. It is important not to have very juicy vegetables or, if they are, to cook them very well. You can put mushrooms, bell peppers, even broccoli or cauliflower. You can put dried tomatoes, tofu cubes or even minced meat.

And because they are stuffed sweet potatoes, to fill them you just have to cut them lengthwise. Then lightly pass the core with a fork and put the filling. You can put more or less, as you wish. Add a little cheese over the filling and put them back in the oven until it has melted nicely. Any kind of cheese is good, it is important that it melts nicely. If you want you can even put parmesan, feta cheese or telemea. To serve them, I made some guacamole and I added some sour cream. I love guacamole, and in this combination it's great. Together with sour cream it results in a super tasty, full and healthy dish! You have to try it!

What are the benefits of broccoli?

Like cabbage and cauliflower, broccoli is low in calories and fat. Contains generous amounts of vitamin C, potassium, vitamin A and vitamin B6, plus a number of phytochemical compounds that strengthen immunity as well glucobrasicin, zeaxanthin, beta-carotene, kaempferol, indole-3-carbinol, glucorafanine, gluconasturtin, glucobrasicin and sulforaphane. These compounds have properties powerful anti-inflammatory, detoxifying and anticancer.

In broccoli we also find lower doses of magnesium, phosphorus, zinc and iron.

compound sulforaphane of broccoli and other cruciferous vegetables has the ability to extinguish the activity of 50 genes associated with the symptoms caused by type 2 diabetes. At the same time, sulforaphane improves autism, more precisely verbal communication skills and social interactions.

Indole-3-carbinol is another stimulant compound detoxifying enzymes from the body and helps reduce oxidative stress. Moreover, this substance alters the level of estrogen in the body, helping to reduce the risk of breast cancer.

Consumption of broccoli can be helpful in lowering the concentration of cholesterol. It helps to toning blood vessels and reduces the risk of coronary heart disease.

Carotenoids in broccoli support eye health and vision. Especially zeaxanthin protects the eyes from macular degenerationand cataract.

How to prepare baked potatoes stuffed with cheese

1. The whole peeled potatoes are washed very well and placed on a tray. Sting a few times in different places so as not to crack when baking.
2. Place the tray in the oven for an hour & a half and a half, until they are well baked (the fork enters them easily).
3. Leave to cool a little, about 10 minutes, then cut a lid along the length of the potato and with a teaspoon remove the still hot pulp.
We are careful to leave a little pulp on the edges so as not to break the shell.
4. Crush the removed pulp and rub with butter. Add the cheese and incorporate, then the hot milk, to make a creamy puree.
5. Add the grated cheese, diced baked pepper and chopped parsley. Season with salt and white pepper and mix well.
6. Fill the potatoes with the puree prepared with a teaspoon.
7. Decorate with grated cheese and diced baked peppers.
8. Put the tray in the oven for 20 minutes and you're done!
You can now enjoy these wonderful baked potatoes stuffed with cheese and cheese.

Baked potatoes stuffed with melted cheese and bacon

Are you full of ideas and want to prepare something quick and delicious? How about potatoes stuffed with cheese and bacon? They are easy to make and are good for any time of the day, whether you serve them for lunch or dinner.

Potato is one of the staple foods, extremely versatile in culinary preparations. It is the vegetable that gets us out of trouble when we no longer know what to cook. Potatoes can be baked or fried or boiled. Let's not forget the mashed potatoes, delicious especially next to some healthy chicken or meatballs.

ingredients for a simple recipe for stuffed potatoes:

6 large potatoes
an onion
half a yellow bell pepper
200 grams of pressed ham
100 grams of cheese
60 grams of mushrooms

Method of preparation:

1. Chop the onion, pepper and ham separately and put them lightly in a Teflon pan. Do not overdo it with oil, because each will melt from its fat.

2. At the end, add a quarter cup of water to stew the vegetables. When the water drops, add the mushrooms.

3. Peel the potatoes and dig out the middle of them, using a teaspoon.

4. Then fill the potatoes with the ham mixed with the onion and pepper, and add the cheese. You can also prepare a separate sauce, made from sour cream and garlic, which you can put on top of the potatoes.

5. For extra flavor, add mozzarella at the end, over the potatoes covered in white sauce.

6. The potatoes are ready in about 10 to 15 minutes, in the oven at 200 degrees C.

You can eat them on their own or with some sausages from pork alms. Potatoes can be served both in the evening and at lunch. That being said, all I can do is wish you good luck!

Baked potatoes with cheese
