Wash the potatoes well under running water and boil them in their skins.

How do we make the best filling for this dish?
The recipe for stuffed sweet potatoes is a Mexican-inspired one, so I chose to use a can of Texas mix Bonduelle Gold. It contains a mixture of sweet corn kernels and red beans and is absolutely perfect in this recipe. I added onions, garlic, fresh tomatoes and a little greenery. You can use parsley or coriander, whichever you like best. Obviously you can add any ingredients you want to this filling. It is important not to have very juicy vegetables or, if they are, to cook them very well. You can put mushrooms, bell peppers, even broccoli or cauliflower. You can put dried tomatoes, tofu cubes or even minced meat.
And because they are stuffed sweet potatoes, to fill them you just have to cut them lengthwise. Then lightly pass the core with a fork and put the filling. You can put more or less, as you wish. Add a little cheese over the filling and put them back in the oven until it has melted nicely. Any kind of cheese is good, it is important that it melts nicely. If you want you can even put parmesan, feta cheese or telemea. To serve them, I made some guacamole and I added some sour cream. I love guacamole, and in this combination it's great. Together with sour cream it results in a super tasty, full and healthy dish! You have to try it!
What are the benefits of broccoli?

Consumption of broccoli can be helpful in lowering the concentration of cholesterol. It helps to toning blood vessels and reduces the risk of coronary heart disease.
Carotenoids in broccoli support eye health and vision. Especially zeaxanthin protects the eyes from macular degenerationand cataract.
- 1 kg of potatoes
- 300 g cheese
- 200 g smoked bacon
- 200 ml sour cream
- 1 onion
- 4-5 tablespoons olive oil
- salt pepper
- dill or parsley for decoration
Peel the potatoes. Cut them into cubes and boil them for 10 minutes in water with a little salt.
Put 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and heat the bacon for a minute to change its color, then add the chopped onion and leave until soft.
In an oven tray put the remaining oil, drained potatoes, hardened bacon and onion, grated cheese, sour cream, salt and perish to taste.
Put in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes until lightly browned.

You can make the recipe with absolutely anything you want. You can put hardened mushrooms, corn, onions, garlic, smoked, chicken breast, any kind of cheese, sour cream, ripe vegetables, olives.
The possibilities are limitless, it just depends on your taste to choose the option you like best. You can serve these stuffed potatoes in the oven as the main course with your favorite salad, or as a side dish with grilled meat or in the oven. They are also very suitable for parties or various occasions, at a picnic or for the anniversaries of children or adults. They are suitable in winter, when we want to eat more full, but not hard. You can also put a put on the bottle with these potatoes and you have a guaranteed meal!
How to prepare baked potatoes stuffed with cheese
1. The whole peeled potatoes are washed very well and placed on a tray. Sting a few times in different places so as not to crack when baking.
2. Place the tray in the oven for an hour & a half and a half, until they are well baked (the fork enters them easily).
3. Leave to cool a little, about 10 minutes, then cut a lid along the length of the potato and with a teaspoon remove the still hot pulp.

4. Crush the removed pulp and rub with butter. Add the cheese and incorporate, then the hot milk, to make a creamy puree.

Baked potatoes with cheese
These Baked Cheese Potatoes are a main course or they can be the perfect garnish next to various steak. Although I prefer it as it is without meat. It is a dish that is prepared very quickly and is delicious and consistent.

For 4 people we need the following ingredients

40 g butter
1 teaspoon dried or freshly chopped marjoram
1 red onion
400 g potatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
200 g Smoked cheese-Delaco (or you can put half natural cheese, half smoked)
salt, freshly ground pepper

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. In a skillet resistant to the oven, heat the butter on which we heat the onion cut into scales for about 2 minutes. Pull the pan aside and take care of the rest of the ingredients.
Peel a squash, grate it and slice it thinly.
