In anticipation of the blooming of the cherry blossoms in Japan, Kimura Drink has released a Sakura Cola to give customers a taste of what’s to come in a few short weeks.

The drink is described as having “an elegant aftertaste with a delicate sakura aroma,” and the drinking experience as “somehow nostalgic,” reports Rocket News 24. It is being sold in 240-mililiter (8.1-ounce) bottles. Other notable sodas from the Japanese beverage producer are green tea cider and unagi (freshwater eel) cola.

For those that can’t get enough of sakura-flavored beverages, Japanese craft brewer Sankt Gallen is bringing back its beer made with cherry blossom petals, called Sankt Gallen Sakura. According to Rocket News 24, each 2,340-liter (618-gallon) batch of the beer requires 60 kilograms (132 pounds) of cherry blossom petals. Sankt Gallen Sakura will be available at Japanese grocery stores from February 25 to early April.
