Pt. first prepare the mayonnaise: Dissolve the yeast with a tablespoon of sugar, a little warm milk and a tablespoon of white flour and leave it in a warm place until it swells. Mix flour with salt, remaining sugar, mayonnaise and yolks. Add melted butter and warm milk. Knead well until you get a non-sticky dough. Leave in a warm place until it doubles in volume.

After the dough has risen, knead it so that the air comes out and divide it in equal parts.

We take each piece and give it a round shape and we put a spoonful of nutella in the middle, we close it like a sausage and we give it a rectangular shape, after which we cut 3 lines in length. We grab the heads and twist them into a snail shape.

We place them in muffin tins greased with butter and lined with flour and let them rise for another 10-15 minutes. Grease each muffin with the mixture of milk and yolk.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
