Delight in sweet cottage cheese (for breakfast)!

We offer you the recipe for an incredibly tasty breakfast! It cooks quickly and is to everyone's liking (especially children)!


For the dough:

-200 g of sweet cottage cheese

-½ teaspoon of baking powder.

For the filling:

-150 g of sweet cottage cheese

-a tablespoon of fermented cream

-sugar powder - for decoration.


1.Prepare the dough: beat the eggs, a pinch of salt and sugar until smooth.

2. Add the sweet cottage cheese and blend everything with a blender until you get a fine and smooth composition.

3.Add the sifted flour and baking powder. Mix very well so that it does not remain lumpy.

4.Prepare the filling: mix the sweet cottage cheese and vanilla sugar with a fork. Add the fermented cream and berries (we used blueberries). Blend everything with a blender until smooth.

5. Heat the pan and grease it with oil. Pour a pinch of dough on it and spread it evenly with a spoon.

6. Fry the cheese “pancakes” over low heat, on both sides, until golden brown (for 2-3 minutes on each side).

7. Grease each "pancake" with the cheese and fruit filling. Then roll it into a roll.

8.Cut the rolls into pieces and serve by sprinkling them with powdered sugar.
